Rum Doodle Bed & Breakfast  

My client Emma had decided on Rum Doodle as the new name for her bed and breakfast in the Lake District, this name inspired by The Ascent of Rum Doodle, a short 1956 novel by W. E. Bowman. When Emma and I met, we discussed her vision for the logo, which included the suggestion of mountains, a mix of typography, with a vintage feel. After initial sketches and proofs, we finalised the logo, which was followed by;
